Shipping with third-party shipping carriers.

We typically use third-party freight carriers to delivery our products to our customers. Due to the large sizes of many of our products, we must first obtain a shipping quote from a list of carriers, which is transmitted to us through freight brokers. For some of our smaller products, we may ship via UPS or FedEx ground delivery. The following models are shippable via UPS/FedEx Ground Delivery: MO-20, MO-60, BN-250, and all organizers. However, larger workbenches can become damaged during ground transit and freight carriers are better equipped to handle larger shipments. Mastercraft Workbenches is not liable for any damages caused by the third-party shipping carriers we use to ship our products. 

For larger workbenches, we recommend our customers use a liftgate if they do not have a loading dock, forklift, or any other method of lower the shipment at the destination. For residential deliveries, we require a liftgate to be used in order to minimize the chances of damaging the workbench. Prices for additional amenities vary based on the specific carrier that is used for the shipment. 

There is additional charges for the liftgate, inside delivery, and for destinations that have limited accessibility. Damages or additional carrier charges that are incurred as a result of not fully informing Mastercraft Workbenches of these necessary amenities may result in additional fees being assessed at the expense of the customer. Please tell your Mastercraft Workbenches representative if your destination has limited accessibility or requires a liftgate or any other shipping amenity. 

Shipping by Distributors

Mastercraft Workbenches does not set up freight shipments for distributors/retailers, whether drop shipping or shipping large wholesale orders, unless we have made other prior arrangements with the distributor/retailer. We will provide you with the dimensions and weight of the shipment. For drop shipping via ground deliver, we may set up the shipment using your FedEx or UPS account number, in which you will be billed directly by FedEx/UPS. Many of our workbenches are shipped in multiple boxes on a pallet. These shipments should not be separated by the carrier. The class number for our products is 85.

Factory Pickup

A great way to save money on shipping is to pick up your order from our factory. You can either pay via an invoice sent directly to your email, or you can pay at our factory, before loading. We do not accept factory pickups unless arrangements and payment have been made in advance. To make sure your order is ready to be picked up, please make arrangements prior to arriving, and request to pay an invoice for your order. We do not release any merchandise unless an invoice has been paid by the customer. 

Depending on the size of the workbench you ordered, you may need a vehicle large enough to house the workbench. Many of our workbenches are very heavy, so having additional help at your destination may be needed in order to avoid damaging the pieces.


Because most of our products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations prior to shipment. For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. Please make sure to cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid incurring any unnecessary production costs.


Due to the large size of the products we sell, we do not accept returns for products that are damaged during shipping.

Missing Boxes and Damages Caused During Transit

Damages during transit do not happen often but are a possibility. We want you to know that we are here for you if you experience any issues with your shipment. There are several steps to ensure services are delivered as smoothly as possible. First, inspect all boxes for damages and/or missing components before signing for it with the delivery driver.

You can see the number of boxes your shipment has on the product page of the specific product you ordered. Ask a Mastercraft Workbench representative if you are unsure how many boxes your shipment has. Contact us at (213) 239-9625.

Upon delivery, if you notice any damages to the boxes or any missing boxes, inform the delivery driver. If possible, inform the driver that you do not want to accept a damaged shipment and request documentation from the driver acknowledging the damages or missing boxes. We also encourage customers to take photos of the damages or the shipment with the missing boxes. 

If you accept a damaged or incomplete shipment after the delivery has been made, take photographs of the damages and any documents provided to you by the driver and email them to info@mastercraftworkbenches.com. We cannot guarantee a full or partial replacement, but we will work with you to try and resolve the issue if possible. 

Because we are working within the policies of third-party shipping carriers, we only accept claims for damages and/or missing boxes within five (5) business days of the date of final delivery, and only if the driver has been notified of the damage or missing item(s) on the day of delivery. 


Product Disclaimer


There may be variations in wood patterns, Formica colors, knobs, locks, and other hardware that is used in some of our products. The drawer slides are made from wood. not metal. Bench pins that are shipped with the workbenches are not fitted at the factory. All measurements are approximations.

We are providing you with a warning required by California Proposition 65.

California Proposition 65 requires that special warnings be provided to California consumers when products contain chemicals known by the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects, or other reproductive harm if the use of those products may cause consumers exposure to those chemicals above certain threshold limits. These warnings relate to medium density fiberboard, plywood, and particle board. We are providing the following warning to California consumers as required by Proposition 65 for products that reference this section:

Pricing and Information

All prices online and in our source books in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change without prior notice. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Do not rely solely on this website for accuracy in prices, measurements, and other information. Contact us to verify before placing an order. 

Third-party shipping rates are valid for three (3) days, after which a new quote must be obtained. 


Requesting a Price and Shipping Quote and Placing an Order


Prior to placing an order, customers must obtain a shipping quote if they will not be picking up their order from our factory. Orders are placed by paying the invoice you receive from Mastercraft Workbenches. Your invoice will contain the shipping rate (if applicable), the price of the order, and any applicable sales tax.

Prior arrangements must be made before picking up your order from our factory.

If you choose to have your order shipped, we will arrange the shipment for you. After your order is picked up by the carrier, we will email you tracking information and instructions on what to do during delivery. 

Stock Availability

Reach out to us for stock availability. Lead times on production vary depending on the workbench model or organizer and availability of material and labor. You may pre-order an item that is out of stock and we will notify you when your order is complete via email at the email address you provided to us in your online form submission at https://mastercraftworkbenches.com/shipping-quote/. Once the order is picked up by the carrier, we will email you the tracking information along with instructions on how to handle the delivery. 

Lead times can range between 1 week to 6 months. Due to shortage in materials and other economic factors, we are experiencing extended leads times. Please reach out to us to get the most updated information on our current stock availability and lead times. 

Special offers may be for a limited time.

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “special offers” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

We occasionally offer height customization for orders that we have not begun production for. Once production begins, we cannot make requested customizations. Also, not all of our models qualify for customization. To find out if we can customize your workbench during production, please read out to us in advance. 

Promotions may have separate rules.

Any sweepstakes, contests, raffles, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Site may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Use. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Use, the Promotion rules will apply.

Defects in Products

Due to the large sizes of our workbenches, we are unable to accept return shipments. If there is a specific component missing or damaged, we may be able to send you the specific component. We want you to be happy with your workbench and/or organizer, so we are here to help. Please email us if you have any issues with your product.

Payment Terms for Net 15 Resellers/Distributors

Resellers/distributors on a Net 15 payment plan have 15 days from the date of the invoice to make payment and keep their account current. We will send email reminders for invoices that are past due. If Mastercraft Workbenches does not receive a payment within 30 days from the invoice’s due date, services and order fulfillment may be suspended until the account is made current.

You may also pay the invoice directly using any major credit/debit card. For larger orders, please pay by check to avoid credit/debit card processing fees.
