Shipping with Third-Party Carriers

We partner with third-party freight carriers for deliveries, particularly for larger products, and use UPS or FedEx Ground for smaller items like MO-20, MO-60, BN-250, and organizers. While we strive to ensure all shipments leave our facility in perfect condition, Mastercraft Workbenches is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers once the product has left our premises. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance through the carrier for high-value shipments.

  • Liftgate Services: If your delivery location lacks a loading dock or unloading equipment, a liftgate will be required. For residential deliveries, a liftgate is mandatory to minimize damage risk. Any extra fees for liftgate services, inside delivery, or limited access delivery are the customer’s responsibility. Failure to disclose special delivery requirements may result in additional charges, for which the customer is fully liable.

  • Damage Liability: Mastercraft Workbenches is not responsible for any damages occurring after the shipment has left our facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the shipment upon receipt and document any damages with the carrier immediately. Signing for delivery without noting damages will release the carrier and Mastercraft Workbenches from any responsibility for damages.

Distributor Shipping

Distributors/retailers must arrange their freight shipments. We will provide shipment dimensions and weight to assist with arrangements. If you prefer drop shipping via FedEx or UPS, you may use your account number, and charges will be billed directly to you.

Factory Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order directly from our factory to avoid shipping charges. Orders must be paid in full before pickup, and a pickup appointment must be scheduled. We are not responsible for any damages that occur once the order leaves our facility, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is adequately equipped to handle the size and weight of the workbench.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is made before the shipment process begins. Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible, and any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any products damaged during transit. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any visible damages to the carrier. Failure to do so voids your ability to file a claim with the carrier, and Mastercraft Workbenches will not be held responsible.

Missing Boxes and Shipping Damages

Customers must inspect all packages upon delivery and note any damages or missing items before signing the delivery receipt. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, report the issue to the carrier immediately and contact us with photos and documentation within five business days. While we will assist in addressing the issue, we cannot guarantee product replacements, and any resolutions will be at the sole discretion of the carrier.

Product Disclaimer

All sales are final, and products are sold “as is.” Minor variations in wood grain, Formica colors, and hardware components are inherent to the nature of the materials and do not qualify as defects. All measurements are approximate, and slight deviations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

Pricing and Information

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Mastercraft Workbenches reserves the right to adjust pricing, availability, and shipping rates at any time. Shipping quotes are valid for three days from the time they are issued, and customers should confirm all details before placing an order.

Requesting Quotes and Placing Orders

Before placing an order, customers must request a shipping quote unless they opt for factory pickup. Once a quote is accepted, we will send an invoice that includes the product price, shipping costs, and any applicable sales tax. Payment of the invoice constitutes a binding order. Orders are final, and no changes may be made after payment is received.

Stock Availability

Lead times for product availability may vary between 1 week to 6 months, depending on model and material supply. For up-to-date lead times, contact us directly. Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Pre-Orders: You may place a pre-order if an item is out of stock. We will notify you when your order is ready, and provide tracking and delivery instructions. Please note that pre-order lead times are subject to change.

Special Offers

From time to time, Mastercraft Workbenches may offer promotional deals, including free shipping, gifts with purchase, or manufacturer discounts. These offers are only available for a limited time and are subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.

  • Customization Options: Certain workbenches are eligible for height and other customizations if requested before production begins. Once production starts, no changes can be made to the order.

Product Defects

Contact us immediately if you receive a product with missing or defective components. We will work with you to determine if a replacement part can be provided. Please note that replacements for missing or defective parts are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Payment Terms for Resellers/Distributors (Net 15)

Resellers and distributors operating on Net 15 payment terms must complete payments within 15 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in the suspension of future services and orders. Payments can be made by check or credit card. For larger orders, we recommend payment by check to avoid credit card processing fees.

Limitations of Liability

Mastercraft Workbenches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of use. Our liability for any damages arising from an order will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. This limitation of liability applies to all causes of action, including breach of contract, negligence, or other tort claims.
